After a three month comprehensive investigation, CSI provided evidence to investigators that proved James Berry’s innocence. Thursday, February 25, 2019, the Sodomy 1st and Rape 1st charges against James Berry were dismissed. Mr. Berry plead guilty to assault charges.

CSI received the criminal evidence against James Berry from the Ashland, KY Police Department. James Berry of Ashland, Kentucky was arrested and indicted for rape, first-degree domestic violence, first degree sodomy, first degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree sexual assault. CSI is conducting a robust investigation into these claims and plans to provide the defense team with a comprehensive defense investigation.
